Who is the course suitable for:

This is a course for people with combined visual and hearing impairments. The course is for those who want to learn more about balance, both physical balance and energy balance.  

This will be an active week where you will get to try different physical activities both indoors and outdoors. These can be activities that energise you and activities that stimulate you to relax and recharge your batteries. The aim is for you to be able to work on finding your energy balance. 

Course content:

  • The course gives you increased knowledge about physical balance and energy balance 
  • You get the opportunity to try out new strategies and activities 
  • Plenty of time is set aside and you get to share experiences with others in the group
