Two new course programmes in 2016

1. "Sensuous food" in two parts (weeks 22 and 48)

The aim is to contribute to increased knowledge about healthy eating and recognising new foods through the use of different senses. For example: tips and advice on healthy food, old and new fruits and vegetables, simple recipes, sensory experiences and the use of simple aids.

2. "Mindfulness/Yoga" in three parts (weeks 35, 39 and 46)

The aim is to develop increased awareness of what is in the moment right now and learn simple yoga exercises that we can use at home to increase stress management and energy balance in everyday life. Mindfulness has a positive effect on quality of life and coping skills for people of all ages. It can help with various health problems such as stress, sleep problems, anxiety or rumination. Yoga can improve energy, body awareness and vigour.

Application deadline for both offers is 10 January. See also the description of the courses in our Catalogue for courses and services 2016.
