Ledsagær`n - your new companion

Pål Kjetil got the idea and inspiration for Ledsagær`n back in 2019. Since then, he has been working on finding materials and solutions to achieve what he wanted. He is now proud that several people have already started using the product he has developed.

Customisable to the individual

The companion is made of two cords and a rubber handle. It is lightweight and can be folded into a pocket, bag or backpack. You can choose from four different colours: green, red, pink and black.

Pål Kjetil has also thought that it should be possible to optimise it for the individual, whether you have a small or large hand, you can have the companion brace made to suit you.

You may also want to consider whether it will be used in the winter when thick mittens are worn, in which case the cord may need to be longer. So maybe you need two different ones.

"This," says Pål Kjetil, "is about the contact between the companion and the person being accompanied, how the hand should work and that it should be as good and relaxing as possible for both parties.

Ledsagær`n is a lightweight, flexible companion brace that provides good mobility. It is suitable for all kinds of trips, but perhaps it is particularly good for rough terrain such as forest and mountain hikes. However, Pål Kjetil points out that it's not suitable for everyone. If your balance is poor and you need better contact with your companion, it may be a good idea to choose a more stable companion hanger.

Environmental perspective

Pål Kjetil has his own workshop where he makes Ledsagær`n. Here he also incorporates the environmental perspective into his work. Each part can be replaced if necessary. In this way, he believes that the product can last a long time, even with frequent use.

Pål Kjetil gets excited when he talks about the product he has created. He is keen to find solutions that can help others to be active in an energy-saving way. For many people, Ledsagær`n can be just that.
