Good results from this year's user survey

The aim of the user survey is to map the quality of services provided to users, reputation and how satisfied users are with Eikholt in general. The data collection was mainly conducted online, but some interviews were also conducted by phone.

In the vast majority of areas, this year's survey continues to show a very high level of satisfaction. 88% of respondents are either very satisfied or fairly satisfied with Eikholt. 71% are very satisfied. These results are almost unchanged compared to what was measured in 2020.

What do users find most important about Eikholt?

Willingness to recommend Eikholt is high and the results show that as many as 92% say it is either very likely or quite likely that they would recommend Eikholt to others.. The fact that the services are personalised is the most important reason for choosing Eikholt, followed by the fact that the employees are perceived as skilled and that you meet people in the same situation as yourself.

Users are very satisfied with the quality of the services they receive at Eikholt. The way you are greeted by staff is highlighted as an important factor, along with the information provided before, during and after courses.

In general, people are very satisfied with the centre. There is a high level of satisfaction with the centre's location, course rooms, outdoor areas and accommodation. People are most satisfied with the food and how safe they feel at Eikholt. Very happily, 100% of those surveyed said they were satisfied or very satisfied with this.

Is there anything Eikholt can do better?

One of the aims of the survey is also to identify areas where we can improve. We have received a lot of constructive feedback from those who responded to the survey, and here are some issues that we are following up in particular:

  • Ventilation: Feedback on poor air quality in Ragnhild Kaatas Hus in particular. It has now been replaced and started in April 2023. The system is dimensioned up. There is also a new heat pump inside the room.
  • Footpaths: Footpaths towards the AV clinic and building 1 will be improved before summer 2023.
  • Sound and slings: Have occasionally worked poorly, new wireless table microphones for Ragnhild Kaatas Hus and new Stallen have been ordered. Amplifiers for the loops are replaced.
  • Course offerings: We have received many good suggestions and requests. These are included in the planning of new courses.
  • Offers for younger users: A group course for young adults will also be organised in 2024.

We are very pleased that so many people have taken the time to give us feedback. This gives us valuable information to maintain and further develop good services, and that Eikholt has good quality and standards.
